I am deeply honoured to serve as an affiliate of AuroraStar Holistic Therapies and Training. Teaching in this field brings immense joy to my heart. It is a privilege to share my passion and illuminate the incredible, all-encompassing energy housed within the human body. This journey into the realm of holistic therapy began in 2002 when I was introduced to Reiki. This practice opened doors to a fascinating world that continues to amaze me. Since then, my life has been dedicated to exploring the harmonious interplay of mind and body, delving into the impact of emotions and thoughts.

I provide all of the training courses listed with AuroraStar, encompassing diverse holistic modalities.

I have over 20 years of experience working for myself in the health and wellness sector, so I have a plethora of expertise. I’m willing to speak with you on a one-on-one basis via phone, video chat, or in person to mentor and support you in all facets of working as a self-employed holistic therapist, including company setup, marketing, social media strategies, obtaining insurance, and anything else you can think of!… If there is anything I am unable to assist you with, I will be able to direct you to someone who can.

The Hygge Hub is a serene sanctuary that  offers comprehensive holistic therapy training, in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Hygge is a Danish concept that roughly translates as a sense of cosiness, comfort and wellbeing, and is associated with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is the environment I aim to create for both clients and students alike.

As well as training, The Hygge Hub offers holistic treatments, creative and wellbeing workshops, baby massage classes and social groups for new parents.

I am based in the beautiful town of Littleborough, which is on the border of Lancashire and West Yorkshire, which has excellent transport links to both Manchester and Leeds.

I found Reflexology in my own need to calm my central nervous system as a Highly Sensitive Person, I found its power incredible and qualified in 2004. I was learning Indian Head Massage when I was pregnant, it was great to have weekly treatments at this time.

I finally opened my Holistic Therapy Business in 2017 when my daughter went to high school. In 2019 I became a Holy Fire Reiki Master and a Yoga Teacher, in 2020 I Trained to Teach Holistic Therapies, so I had a balance of teaching Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual well being. I also embarked on a spiritual, holistic and life coaching diploma and trained in Karuna Reiki.

I continued learning and I discovered the connection to the spiritual self, which is often the side which is not taught about. I went on a deep dive with the metaphysical world and the quantum field, bought a Healy, and did a Healing in the Holographic course to further expand my understanding, I gained incredible in-depth knowledge of the universe, but more importantly our journey to Self.

I believe in teaching & mentoring small to medium classes to enable students to receive more of our expertise, class sizes can be 1-1 or up to a maximum of 6. Under certain circumstances this can be adjusted.

I have a beautiful rooms in Cottingley, Bingley, BD16, Menston LS29. I will travel to you if preferred subject to discussion.

I aim to train you in your chosen therapy, so you can confidently use your qualification either professionally or with friends and family
